Ray Kukreja
Managing Director
Ray Kukreja co-founded Stonehaven Trust in July 2025. He has over 27 years of valuation and corporate finance experience, with specific expertise in ESOPs.

Prior to co-founding Stonehaven, Ray was a Senior Vice President and Fiduciary Consultant at Argent Financial Group. As an ESOP trustee, he played an important role in helping Argent maximize retirement benefits for plan participants and beneficiaries at ESOP-owned companies. Before working at Argent, Ray also co-founded and was a Managing Director at Censeo Advisors, LLC, a business valuation firm, where he managed its ESOP advisory practice.
In addition to ESOP advisory work, Ray has extensive experience in delivering financial opinions (valuation, fairness, and solvency) to corporate boards and fiduciaries, intangible asset and intellectual property analyses, estate tax and gift planning valuations, and litigation support. He also brings operations experience from his tenure at a semiconductor capital equipment manufacturer in Silicon Valley and a textile manufacturer in Thailand.

Ray received his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BBA in Finance and Banking from Assumption University in Thailand. In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers. He is a member of the ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Atlanta and is the past President of the Atlanta Chapter of the ASA.
